- Experience with our stack: Youâre familiar with React, Ruby on Rails, AWS, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD technologies, and understand how to use them to build performing and scalable user-focused products
- Passion for customer impact: You take pride in delivering solutions that truly meet the needs of customers, ensuring each feature enhances the user experience
- Collaborative and proactive: You work well with others to translate ideas into actionable plans, bringing your technical skills and perspective to make smarter product decisions
- Pragmatic problem-solving: Youâre able to see the bigger picture and break it down into actionable steps that drive results, making sure that we solve the right problems in the most efficient way
Whatâs in it for you:
- Competitive salary (we offer a salary that reflects your experience and the value youâll bring to our team)
- Annual wellbeing allowance and support
- Generous annual learning and development fund
- Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) to help you benefit from the long-term success of the company.
