Principal Software Engineer

Senior/Principal Front End React Node Developer – Sydney based – 100% remote (1-3 days per month in the office in Sydney) – Permanent Full Time! $150K-$180K base + super maximum

Work for this great well-known SaaS FinTech Australian organisation where you will get the chance to work within an innovative, transparent and high performing team environment. You will join the team as a Senior/Principal Front End React Node Developer and are given the chance to really take ownership, drive and influence. This role is open to candidates in Sydney (only) who are open to remote working (no offices) but happy to meet up 1-3 days per month for collaboration meetings.

• Work from home (WFH), 100% remote with 1-3 team meetings a month in Sydney a MUST
• You MUST be based in Sydney and not other States in Australia (The client is absolutely not interested in interstate candidates or candidates outside of Sydney)
• No overseas candidates, open to sponsoring local candidates with the right experience
• Salary: $150,000-$180,000 + super maximum

Due to an expanding team, a Senior/Principal Front End React Developer role has now become available.

Key Requirements:-

• 8+ years Software Engineering/Software Development experience a MUST as a minimum
• React a MUST
• Node a MUST
• AWS
• Microservices
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• One Backend languages is a MUST (C# .NET/Java/C++/Golang/RUST/PHP/Python) - it is fine or even better if you worked on this backend language a while ago
• IT Software Engineering experience

Bonus Requirements:-

• CI/CD
• REST API
• Databases experience
• FinTech or financial services experience
