Your Role:

As our Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling our AI-powered sales hiring platform. You will own the end-to-end technology strategy, from architecture to execution, and work closely with the CEO to drive product-market fit and user growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Tech Development: Architect and build our AI-powered sales hiring marketplace from scratch.
• AI & ML Integration: Implement AI-driven candidate matching and job recommendations.
• Product Development: Oversee full-stack development, from front-end UI/UX to back-end infrastructure.
• Scalability & Security: Ensure the platform is fast, scalable, and secure.
• Leadership & Hiring: Build and lead an in-house tech team as we grow.
• Fundraising & Strategy: Collaborate on investor pitches and fundraising strategies.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Builder: Proven track record in developing and launching scalable tech platforms (preferably in marketplaces, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions).
• Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• AI Enthusiast: Experience with AI/ML-driven platforms, recommendation engines, or automation.
• Visionary Leader: Passionate about disrupting an industry and scaling a tech-first company.
• Founder Mindset: Willing to roll up your sleeves, build from scratch, and own the tech vision.

Qualifications:

• Experience Full-Stack Engineer
• Analytical skills and research abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in scaling tech products and leading technical teams
• Knowledge of SaaS sales and recruitment is a plus
